USE YOUR TALENT

The dove rests on the tree to gaze
Just then the farmer sets the bush ablaze
Then the dove flies far away
To the heat it does not fall prey
But from place to place the burnt flakes skip
They go to the hawk to gossip
The hawk comes and flies around the fire
In a search that is very dire
Searching for a helpless rodent
Who with the heat is not content
It sees it and goes for it
Not minding the danger of the heat
Either the hawk gets its prey or not
It makes attempts even when it is hot
It is not afraid to take any risk
As long as it remains brisk
But the dove who has no brisk talent
Does not wait to catch any rodent
So if you must get what you desire
Use your talent even in the fire
Just then the farmer sets the bush ablaze
Then the dove flies far away
To the heat it does not fall prey
But from place to place the burnt flakes skip
They go to the hawk to gossip
The hawk comes and flies around the fire
In a search that is very dire
Searching for a helpless rodent
Who with the heat is not content
It sees it and goes for it
Not minding the danger of the heat
Either the hawk gets its prey or not
It makes attempts even when it is hot
It is not afraid to take any risk
As long as it remains brisk
But the dove who has no brisk talent
Does not wait to catch any rodent
So if you must get what you desire
Use your talent even in the fire
